Step 1: Your Subscribed Properties – All in One Place
At the heart of the dashboard is the “Subscribed Properties” section — your personalized list of event venues that you or your organization are currently working with. This space is thoughtfully laid out and immediately actionable.
  • Each entry includes the Property Name and Subscription End Date, making it effortless to keep track of your ongoing access and plan renewals or next steps.

  • The list is scrollable, allowing you to browse through all subscribed venues without switching tabs or pages.

  • If you’re managing multiple properties, the Search Bar at the top becomes your best friend. Simply begin typing the venue’s name, and SPALBA filters the list in real time, saving you time and clicks.

Whether you're managing five venues or fifty, this section gives you instant visibility and access — no clutter, no confusion.



On the right-hand panel, SPALBA offers an intelligent, minimalistic tool to help you discover new venues. The “Find Your Ideal Event Venue” module is a compact form designed to help you search efficiently and effectively.

Here’s what you can input:

  • Location: Choose your preferred city or region. This is especially useful if you're planning events across geographies or exploring new markets.

  • Property Type: Narrow down your options by selecting the type of venue you need — from hotels and resorts to banquets, convention centers, and more.

  • Keyword: This is where you can get specific. Looking for rooftop spaces? Poolside settings? Enter custom keywords to surface venues that match unique requirements.

Once your criteria are filled in, click the “Find a Venue” button. SPALBA instantly displays a curated list of matching venues based on your preferences — helping you go from searching to shortlisting in seconds.

This tool is particularly useful when you're still in the early planning stages and want to compare options side-by-side without leaving the platform.
