The Manage Properties section allows hoteliers to view, update, and manage all venue properties linked to their Spalba account. Whether you’re overseeing one hotel or a chain of multiple properties, this feature gives you central access to manage all operational details from one dashboard.
From the left-hand control panel, click on “Manage Property.” You’ll see a list of all properties assigned to your user account.
Each listing includes:
Property name
Unique ID
Assigned venue spaces
Action button for management
Clicking on the Action button allows you to:
View detailed information about the property
Access all associated venue spaces
Make edits to the property profile
You can update:
Property name and general information
Location and contact details
Rules, policies, and payment terms
Visibility status
This is especially useful for keeping your property information fresh and accurate for planners viewing your profile.
Within each property, you can also view and edit specific venue spaces — such as banquet halls, lawns, rooftops, or boardrooms. You can:
Add or remove venue spaces
Update space details
Adjust visibility or availability
All updates made here reflect instantly on the front-end listings your clients see.
