It serves as your central control space to edit, update, and showcase your venue spaces digitally, complete with features, layouts, visuals, and sharing options.
This is also the starting point to access powerful tools like Auto Layout Wizard and Digital Twins for each venue.
Each listed venue is displayed in a table format, showing:
Venue Name
Category (Indoor/Outdoor)
Capacity
Status (Published/Draft)
Actions (Edit, Share, Create Layout, etc.)
This view helps you manage everything from a single screen, with clear visibility and quick actions.
By clicking on the Action button, you can:
Update the venue’s description, images, and category
Add or modify policies, features, and configurations
Enable or disable specific functionalities like Digital Twin or Layouts Access Layout Tools
For any venue listed, you can launch the Auto Layout Wizard or explore existing 2D/3D layouts. These tools help you create mock event setups and visualize how a space can be arranged for different occasions.
Spalba allows you to generate time-bound shareable links for each venue. This is especially useful when you're:
Sending a proposal to a client
Sharing layout options during a virtual call
Allowing external access for review without logging into the platform
You can set a validity period for these links — from a single day to unlimited — to maintain control over access.
If a venue is mapped with a Digital Twin, you’ll see an option to open or share the virtual tour. This helps you present your venue in a fully immersive 3D experience, enabling remote walkthroughs from any location.
