What You See in the Enquiries Section:
Date of Enquiry Know exactly when a lead came in.
Client Details Name, email, phone number, and company (if provided).
Event Brief Type of event (e.g., wedding, conference, dinner), number of guests, room or venue preferences, and any special notes.
Lead Status You can mark an enquiry as New, Hot, Warm, Cold, Closed, or Not Relevant. This helps you track follow-ups and prioritize outreach.
The Enquiries section is located just below the dashboard on the left panel.
Each entry includes the complete brief, guest details, and contact information.
You can quickly scan, filter, and update the status of each lead.
