What is the Auto Layout Wizard on Spalba?

The Auto Layout Wizard is one of Spalba’s most powerful tools for hoteliers. It uses AI to help you instantly generate event layouts — in both 2D and 3D — based on venue specifications and guest capacity. Whether you're planning a 100-pax conference or a 50-guest dinner setup, this tool allows you to create visually detailed and spatially accurate mockups with just a few clicks.

It’s perfect for teams who want to provide clients with fast, clear, and interactive event proposals — without relying on manual layout design.

How to Use Auto Layout Wizard

Step 1: Open the Venue Section



Navigate to the Venue Section from the control panel. Choose the venue space you want to create a layout for and click the “Auto Layout Wizard” button next to it.

Step 2: Auto-Loaded Dimensions

The venue’s dimensions will automatically appear. These are pre-configured by Spalba’s technical team and require no edits. You’ll move directly into the layout flow.

Step 3: Choose Guest Count or Max Capacity

You can either:

  • Enter a guest count (e.g., 100 pax), or

  • Allow the system to auto-calculate max capacity based on:

    • Stage type and size

    • Furniture type (cabaret, theatre, classroom, etc.)

    • Spacing preferences (compact or spacious)

Step 4: Select a Layout Option

Once you hit Continue, the system will display multiple layout options — including table arrangement style, furniture spacing, and capacity. Select the one that best matches your event type.

Step 5: Auto-Generated 2D Layout

Spalba will now auto-generate a 2D layout of the selected configuration. You can:

  • Zoom in/out

  • Modify furniture placement

  • Add or delete elements

  • Drag and drop new objects from Spalba’s library of 1000+ event elements

You can also use tools like:

  • Distance meter (to measure spacing)

  • Add custom text boxes or display tags

  • Rotate, duplicate, or delete any item

Step 6: Save or Convert to 3D

Once you’re happy with the 2D layout:

  • Click Save to My Layouts, or

  • Convert to 3D Layout in one click

In under 30 seconds, Spalba renders a fully navigable 3D version of your layout, allowing your team or clients to:

  • Walk through the space

  • View placements in realistic scale

  • Visualize ambiance and flow

Step 7: Share the Layout

Once finalized, click the Share button to generate a custom link (with set validity), which you can send to your client. It’s password-protected and does not require them to log in.
