Managing your subscription effectively ensures that your team continues to have uninterrupted access to all premium features, adequate storage, and sub-user slots. The Manage Subscription section within the Event Planner Backend gives administrators a transparent view of billing history, active plans, and resource usage.
This article breaks down everything you can view and manage within this panel to help you stay organized and in control of your platform plan.
From the main dashboard, locate the navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Here, click on Manage Subscription. This will direct you to a dedicated page containing all your subscription-related information, both technical and financial.
Under the Account Usage tab (selected by default), you’ll see a table that outlines the key details of your current and past subscriptions:
Order ID: Unique identifier for each subscription (in some cases marked as NA if not applicable).
Start Date: The date your subscription began.
End Date: The expiration date of your current plan.
Date of Purchase: When the subscription was purchased.
Spent: The amount or general detail on the plan (e.g., All Properties Subscribed).
No. of Properties: Number of properties associated with the subscription.
Action: Allows you to Buy Again for quick renewal or repeat purchases of the plan.
This view allows for quick audits of billing cycles and plan usage, helping admins to make timely renewals and ensure all properties remain active on the platform.
To the right of the subscription table, you'll find a snapshot of Sub Users Remaining:
Sub Users: Indicates how many sub-user accounts are currently unused.
Total Sub Users: The total number allocated under your plan.
This section is essential for team scaling. If you're out of sub-user slots, consider upgrading your plan or reallocating existing users.
Just below sub-user stats, there’s a visual bar showing Storage Space Remaining:
Used Space: Displays the total MB consumed.
Total Space: The maximum allocated storage in your subscription.
If you're nearing the limit, click the Buy More Storage Space button to instantly increase your capacity and avoid disruptions in uploading layouts, designs, or documents.
By switching to the Payment Details tab at the top, you can access your transaction history, including invoice data and payment confirmation details. This can be useful for finance tracking or internal reporting.
The Manage Subscriptions section is your central command for financial and operational oversight. Whether you're managing a small team or an enterprise-level account with multiple properties and collaborators, this feature allows for:
Transparent billing
Efficient user and space management
Hassle-free renewals and plan upgrades
It ensures that your backend resources remain aligned with your team’s growing needs.
