What is the Manage Tours Section on Spalba?

The Manage Tours section is your go-to space for creating personalized, AI-enhanced virtual walkthroughs of your property. This feature allows hotel teams to design interactive, custom-branded venue tours that can be shared with prospective clients to enhance decision-making and improve conversion rates.

With built-in customization tools — like client names, event themes, music, and voiceovers — the Tours feature transforms a standard venue showcase into a high-impact sales tool.

How to Use the Manage Tours Section

 Step 1: Access ‘Manage Tours’

From your property dashboard, click on “Manage Tours.” This will take you to the main page where you can create and manage all your property tours.

Step 2: Add Stop Points

Click the “Add Stop Point” button to begin defining key spaces within your venue that will be included in the tour.
You’ll be able to:

  • Choose from a dropdown of listed venue spaces

  • Click “Load Space” to bring up the digital twin of that space

  • Pick any angle or view within that space as a stop point

Spalba recommends adding all key areas as stop points to allow full flexibility when designing future tours.

 Step 3: Customize Stop Points

After selecting a space:

  • Rename the stop

  • Add a short custom description

  • Upload music or pre-recorded voiceovers

  • Use AI voiceover generation (6 voice options available)

  • Insert custom display tags and use the AI content generator for tag suggestions

This lets you personalize each stop for specific clients, events, or occasions.

 Step 4: Create a New Tour

Once your stop points are ready:

  • Click on “Create New Tour”

  • Name the tour (e.g., the client’s name or event type)

  • Set up a Welcome Page with a title, display text, and an image

  • Choose the order of stop points you want to showcase

  • Add a Thank You Page with property details, contacts, or a personal note

  • Upload background music to play throughout the tour

Step 5: Preview and Share

After building the tour, you can:

  • Save and Preview the entire experience

  • Make edits if needed

  • Or click Save and Exit

You’ll then be able to generate a secure, password-protected link to share with your client. This link allows them to view the entire tour anytime, anywhere — with no need to log in.
